About Hotel Casa Antigua:

This hotel was formerly a 10 room hotel by the name of "Hotel Museo Uxlabil".  We acquired the property in Sept 2009 & remodeled all of those hotel rooms & also remodeled the adjacent property behind that were small apartments.  This created a total of 22 spacious rooms, 3 large gardens, a rooftop terrace & many setting areas in the spacious hotel corridors. We have a short video presentation of our beautiful hotel.

Since our Hotel is a historical property, you will find many one of a kind antiques in the hotel rooms and our spacious corridors.  From the time you enter the hotel, we are here to serve you.  Our bilingual staff will answer any questions you have about our hotel, sites to see in Antigua Guatemala or help you with any other travel arrangements.  We offer a fully prepared breakfast for any guest at the additional rate of $5 per person.  For this hotel service, you need to inform the hotel reception girls the day before of what time you would like breakfast and for how many people.  

In our hotel, you will find 3 beautiful gardens filled with flowers & tress.  There are many quiet setting areas in the hotel gardens & in the spacious corridors.  Many places in the hotel, you will be setting on an antique bench, or staring at a 200 year old painting, in amazement of the detail.  All of our hotel gardens have working fountains, so it is very relaxing just to listen to the water trickling or to see the humming birds zooming around.  In this atmosphere, you could forget that you were here to explore the city of Antigua Guatemala.  Please come to experience it for yourself.

To get here, we offer private airport pickups for $37 .  This price is for 1 to 3 hotel guest.  For larger groups, it is $8 extra per person.  For this service, we need your arrival time, flight #, airline name & from what city you are arriving from.   To arrange this, please write us an email at hotelcasa-antigua@hotmail.com.

If you are planning your own way, from Guatemala City airport, take a shuttle or drive to Antigua (45 minutes) via Calzada Roosevelt.  Enter into Antigua, via 3rd Calle.  About 7 blocks on this same cobblestone street is Hotel Casa Antigua, at 3rd Calle Poniente #5, just 1 block past the central park.
